How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm whole beef share today with a $1100 deposit. We reserve one of our cattle for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3300). Then we will ship it to your door.
A whole beef includes: Approximately 380lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-fed beef. A whole beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:
- 72 lbs. chuck roast
- 8 lbs. sirloin steak
- 8 lbs. t-bone steak OR mix of New York and tenderloin steak
- 16 lbs. rib steaks
- 12 lbs. brisket
- 4 lbs. skirt steak
- 4 lbs. flank steak
- 200 lbs. ground beef
- 20 lbs. meaty soup bones
- 20 lbs. short ribs
- 16 lbs. stew meat

Freezer Space: This whole beef share will require approx. 20 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled.
Shipping: Your order will ship to your home. We will reach out and update you when our shipping dates are finalized. We also offer free local pickup!
