How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm Quarter Pork Share today with a $50 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our premium hogs for you. At the upcoming harvest day that you choose, your pork will go to a USDA-certified butcher to be processed and packed in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your pork is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($140). Then we will either deliver it to you or have it available for you at one of our local pick-up locations.

A quarter pork includes: Approximately 19.5 lbs. of our premium pasture-raised pork. A quarter pork share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:

• 1 lb. Ground Pork (unseasoned)
• 6 lbs. Bone-In Pork Chops
  
• 3.5 lbs. Boston Butt or Shoulder Roasts
• 5 lbs. Bacon (natural cured)
  
• 1 lb. Italian Sausage, Bulk
• 1 lb. Chorizo Sausage, Bulk
• 1 lb. Brats or Jalapeño Brats

Freezer Space:  This quarter pork share will require approximately 1-2 cubic ft. of freezer space
