These small pieces of our uncured, hickory smoked bacon are a great way to add flavor to your dishes, or to using as a topping for salads, baked potatoes, and more. Contains no nitrates other than those that are naturally occurring. Each package is approximately one pound.

Ingredients: Water, Sea Salt, Turbinado Sugar, Vegetable Dry Powder, Cherry Powder
