How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm half beef share today with a $600 deposit. We reserve one of our cattle for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1800). Then we will ship it to your door.
A half beef includes: Approximately 190lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-fed beef. A half beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:
- 36 lbs. chuck roast
- 4 lbs. sirloin steak
- 4 lbs. t-bone steak OR mix of New York and tenderloin steak
- 8 lbs. ribsteaks
- 6 lbs. brisket
- 2 lbs. skirt steak
- 2 lbs. flank steak
- 100 lbs. ground beef
- 5 lbs. meaty soup bones
- 5 lbs. short ribs
- 4 lbs. stew meat

Freezer Space: This half beef share will require approx. 10 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled.
Shipping: Your order will ship to your home. We will reach out and update you when our shipping dates are finalized. We also offer free local pickup!
