Where Are The Pick Up Locations?
Betten Integrative Medicine: During Office Hours Mon- Wed. 9-2 & Thurs. 12-6
Bristol Haven Farm: We will reach out to you to schedule a pick up date and time.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
When will my order be ready?
Home Delivery: This schedule operates on a bi-weekly basis with delivery every other Wednesday. Your will receive an email with your order/delivery details.
Office Pick Up: We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Usually within 2 business days after you place your order.
On Farm Pick Up: We will reach out to you to schedule a pick up date and time.
How should I expect my order to be packed?
All of our meats are packed frozen in heavy duty bags and stored in our freezers.
Is there an order minimum?
Pick-up orders have no minimum, but free delivery requires a $50 minimum purchase.
What if I'm not home when you deliver my order?
No worries! Please leave a cooler out with ice packs and we will be happy to place your order inside for safe keeping until you arrive home.

Stop by Betten Integrative Medicine to shop our farm products in person! The glass top freezer in the waiting room is stocked with Bristol Haven Farm frozen meats. Easy check out at the front desk - cash, card, and Venmo accepted.
