Farm fresh eggs from chickens moved daily on our pastures where they feed on grass, clover, worms & insects. Their diet is supplemented with organic, no-corn/no-soy chicken feed which makes the eggs low in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
Low-PUFA eggs offer benefits such as reduced inflammation, lower oxidative stress and improved nutrient profiles (more vitamins A, D, E & K2) leading to healthier fat ratios and fewer hormone disruptors. This makes them easier to digest and potentially better for metabolic health than conventional eggs.
