Farm fresh eggs from chickens moved daily on our pastures where they feed on grass, clover, worms & insects. Their diet is supplemented with organic, no-corn/no-soy chicken feed which makes the eggs low in polyunsaturated fatty acids (Low-PUFA).
Low-PUFA eggs offer benefits such as reduced inflammation, lower oxidative stress and improved nutrient profiles (more vitamins A, D, E & K2) leading to healthier fat ratios and fewer hormone disruptors, making them easier to digest and potentially better for metabolic health than conventional eggs.
Jumbo eggs are in limited supply, so they are only available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the farm store inside Betten Integrative Medicine.
