How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm whole beef share today with a $800 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our cattle for you. In November, your beef will go to a USDA-certified butcher to be processed and packed in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3600). Then we will either deliver it to you or have it available for you at one of our local pick-up locations.
A whole beef includes: Approximately 380 lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-fed beef. A whole beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:
- 72 lbs. chuck roasts
- 8 lbs. sirloin steak
- 8 lbs. t-bone steak OR 7 lbs. mix of New York and tenderloin steak
- 16 lbs. rib steak
- 12 lbs. brisket
- 4 lbs. skirt steak
- 4 lbs. flank steak
- 200 lbs. ground beef
- 20 lbs. shank steak (also called meaty soup bones)
- 20 lbs. short ribs
- 16 lbs. stew meat

Pricing: Place your whole beef deposit today for $800. Pay the rest ($3600) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $4400.
Freezer Space: This whole beef share will require approx. 16-20 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.
