Whole Beef Share Deposit (Nov/Dec 2026)

Our commitment to 100% grass-fed cattle, pasture-raised pigs and chickens, and regenerative farming practices ensures the well-being of our animals and the sustainability of our land. Their 100% grass-fed diet not only ensures flavorful beef but also promotes healthier fats like Omega-3s.

How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm whole beef share today with a $800 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our cattle for you. In November, your beef will go to a  USDA-certified butcher to be processed and packed in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3800). Then we will either deliver it to you or have it available for you at one of our local pick-up locations.

A whole beef includes: Approximately 350 lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-fed beef. A whole beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:

• 60 lbs. chuck roasts
• 8 lbs. sirloin steak
• 8 lbs. t-bone steak OR 6 lbs. mix of New York and tenderloin steak
• 16 lbs. rib steak
• 12 lbs. brisket
• 4 lbs. skirt steak
  
• 200 lbs. ground beef
• 16 lbs. shank steak (also called meaty soup bones)
• 14 lbs. short ribs
• 16 lbs. stew meat

Pricing: Place your whole beef deposit today for $800. Pay the rest ($3800) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $4600.

Freezer Space: This whole beef share will require approx. 16-20 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.
