Our commitment to 100% grass-fed cattle, pasture-raised pigs and chickens, and regenerative farming practices ensures the well-being of our animals and the sustainability of our land. Our pigs lead happy lives roaming our open pastures and woodland areas of the farm, supplemented with non-GMO feed to support their well-being. We believe in giving our animals the best, from the food they eat to the environment they live in.

 

How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm Half Pork Share today with a $150 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our premium hogs for you. In June, your pork will go to a USDA-certified butcher to be processed and packed in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your pork is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($300). Then we will either deliver it to you or have it available for you at one of our local pick-up locations.

 

half pork includes: Approximately 47 lbs. of our premium pasture-raised pork. A half pork share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:

  • 2 lbs. Ground Pork (unseasoned)
  • 12 lbs. Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 3.5 lbs. Spare Ribs
  • 7 lbs. Boston Butt or Shoulder Roasts
  • 10 lbs. Bacon (natural cured)
  • 1 lbs. Jowl Bacon (natural cured)
  • 2 lbs. Breakfast Sausage, Bulk
  • 2 lbs. Chorizo Sausage, Bulk
  • 2 lbs. Brats or Jalapeño Brats
  • 2 lbs. Breakfast Sausage Links
  • 3.5 lbs. Smoked Ham (natural cured)

Pricing: Place your half pork deposit today for $150Pay the rest ($300) when your pork is ready. Total amount: $450.

 

Freezer Space: This half pork share will require approx. 2-3 cubic ft. of freezer space.

 

Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.
