Half Beef Share Deposit (2025)

Our commitment to 100% grass-fed cattle, pasture-raised pigs and chickens, and regenerative farming practices ensures the well-being of our animals and the sustainability of our land. Our cattle enjoy the freedom to graze on nutrient-rich pastures. Their 100% grass-fed diet not only ensures flavorful beef but also promotes healthier fats like Omega-3s.

How it works: You reserve a Bristol Haven Farm Half Beef Share today with a $400 non-refundable deposit. We reserve one of our cattle for you. In November, your beef will go to a USDA-certified butcher to be processed and packed in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2000). Then we will either deliver it to you or have it available for you at one of our local pick-up locations.

A half beef includes: Approximately 190 lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-fed beef. A half beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:

• 36 lbs. chuck roasts
• 4 lbs. sirloin steak
• 4 lbs. t-bone steak OR 3 lbs. mix of New York and tenderloin steak
• 8 lbs. rib steak (also called ribeye)
• 6 lbs. brisket
• 2 lbs. skirt steak
• 2 lbs. flank steak
• 100 lbs. ground beef
• 10 lbs. shank steak (also called meaty soup bones)
• 10 lbs. short ribs
• 8 lbs. stew meat

Pricing: Place your half beef deposit today for $400. Pay the rest ($2000) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $2400.

Freezer Space: This half beef share will require approx. 8-10 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they are used to support the growth and care of a living animal, which is an irreversible process.

Option for beef bones and organ meat  - please contact us before November if you'd like beef bones (for broth) or organ meat and we will include it for FREE with your beef share purchase.
